- Strategy workshops’ facilitation that lead to articulating company’s strategic direction, core values, expected results and strategic objectives and KPIs.
- Automated company strategy framework into a performance management system that electronically updated dashboards to monitor progress made and take corrective action.
- Participated in monthly performance management reviews and progress reports.
